Ethan Hawke in El Paso
The actor and director Ethan Hawke is coming to El Paso to participate in several special screenings of his new film about a Texas outlaw and country singer.
Hawke will be at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Tuesday for two showings of his film, “Blaze.”
The movie is described as the true-life story of the underappreciated Texas outlaw-country singer-songwriter Blaze Foley. Hawke, who is from Texas, will take questions in person from the audience along with the film’s star Ben Dickey.
The special screenings are at 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Tuesday.

“Blaze” premiered earlier this year at the Sundance Film Festival where Dickey won the Special Jury Award for Achievement in Acting.
