Semi knocks down electricity lines at Executive and I-10

A semi truck knocked down support wires for traffic lights on Executive Center Blvd.and I-10.

The “area is closed until repairs can be made,” TxDOT said via Twitter.

The wreck is affecting traffic exiting I-10 East via the Executive ramp.

If you are exiting I-10 East, you will not be able to make a left turn onto Executive. You will have to turn right in the direction of Paisano, then make a u-turn in order to head back in the direction of Mesa.

If possible, avoid the area.
