Father Surprises kids in heroic…
A heroic homecoming yesterday at Jane A. Hambric Elementary school when Micheal and Matthew Soto were surprised by the arrival of their father
Manuel Soto who had been stationed in Qatar since December, is a soldier for the U.S. Army and he said he was overwhelmed with emotions when he saw his kids.
Soto said, “I just wanted to cry when I saw them and when I turned around and they asked where’s your dad and he turned around and he saw me and he’s right there I’m just this it I just can’t contain it anymore.”
