Canutillo High School forfeits half of season

Disappointing story out of Canutillo High School today. The volleyball team will have to forfeit 15 games of their season this year.

The Eagles found out that they had an ineligible player on their team.

The Canutillo volleyball self reported the infraction to the UIL officials.

Regardless they were still penalized half of their season.

The school district said the wins that were forfeited were from August 10th to September 11th.

There are four games left on the Canutillo schedule.
