Police identify man killed in wreck in Far East El Paso

Special Traffic Investigators with the El Paso Police Department are investigating a deadly wreck in the Far East.

Police said 49-year-old Sebastian Fernandez, of the 15500 block of Blaeu, was killed when his 2008 Chevrolet Silverado collided into an overpass wall.

The wreck was reported shortly after 9 a.m. at the intersection of Montana and Zaragoza.

Police said Fernandez failed to negotiate the curb and collided with the wall. He was found dead at the scene.
