Las Cruces mayor delivers State of the City address
Las Cruces mayor Ken Miyagishima delivered the State of the City today in Las Cruces.
The longtime mayor talked about job development and said the state of the city is strong.
Miyagishima credited Las Cruces voters for passing four general-obligation bonds in August to make improvement on city parks and hiking trails. The bonds also inlcuded the replacement of a fire station and a new animal shelter.
El Paso mayor Dee Margo was in attendance.
