Aaron Jones to be guest instructor at combine Sunday at El Paso High School

Packers running back and former UTEP star Aaron Jones will be a guest instructor Sunday at a combine set to take place at El Paso High School.

The Blue-Grey All-American Combine is set to take place from noon to 5 p.m. this Sunday, March 10.

The combine gives local football players a chance to impress instructors and hopefully get a chance to play in the Blue-Grey All-American Game next fall against other standouts from camps held across the nation.

For more information on the combine or to register a student-athlete, you can click this link.

That site lists the combine as being open to players graduating high school in 2020 through 2023.

Jones, a former standout at Burges, ran for 728 yards and eight touchdowns last year for the Packers in just 12 appearances, averaging 5.5 yards per carry.
