FBI: Wanted drug trafficker ‘armed and dangerous’
The FBI is asking the public for help locating Marysol Peña , wanted for her alleged involvement in a drug trafficking organization that operated in New Mexico as well as other states.
Peña , 28, faces federal charges of conspiracy, distribution of 50 grams and more of methamphetamine, aiding and abetting, distribution of 40 grams and more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of Fentanyl , and aiding and abetting.
A federal arrest warrant was issued for Peña in the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, Albuquerque, N.M., on February 13, 2019.
Peña , who is Hispanic, has brown hair and green eyes. She is 5’4″ tall and weighs about 115 pounds . Peña should be considered armed and dangerous. She is known to frequent Phoenix, Arizona; Atlanta, Georgia and the state of Sonora in Mexico.
