Foster Parents Needed; Orientation Session This Tuesday

Currently, 6,000 children are placed in the Foster Care system in Texas, and 250 of those children are here in El Paso. The need for foster parents is great.

This Tuesday, Children’s Hope, a non-profit children placing agency, is holding an orientation session for people interested in becoming foster parents. You must meet the following qualifications:

You must be 21 years of age or older
Single, married, or in a committed relationship of 2 years or more
Clear background and registry checks within the U.S.
Legal citizens or residents of the US
Financially Stable
Have a safe and clean living environment

The orientation session is Tuesday, April 23 at 10 a.m. at the offices of Children’s Hope. They are located at 1155 Westmoreland Dr., Suite 209. For more information you can contact Jocelyn Ruvalcaba at (915) 203-8975.
