Masked man robbing stores at knife-point in Central El Paso

El Paso Police and Crime Stoppers are asking for help identifying the man who held up two stores at knife point.

The first armed robbery happened at 1:41 a.m. on Monday, April 22, 2019. Police said the man walked into the 7-Eleven store located at 4413 Dyer holding a knife, He threatened the store clerk and demanded money from the business. The suspect also demanded cigarettes and took four packs of Marlboro menthol smooth cigarettes in additon to the money, police said.

Police say the very next day, on Tuesday, April 23, the same suspect entered the Circle K Store located at 3900 Dyer at about at 2:15 a.m. Police say he once again threatened the employee with a knife, demanded money and fled the scene with money.

In both cases, the suspect was last seen heading southbound on Dyer.
