El Paso man arrested for shooting, killing woman inside south-central apartment
EL PASO, Texas -- A 36-year-old El Paso man was arrested for shooting and killing a woman inside her south-central apartment.
Elias Flores, 36, is being charged with murder for the death of Cindy Miller, 40, according to El Paso Police.
Flores was rebooked into the El Paso County jail by Crimes Against Persons detectives. He was already in jail on other charges when detectives rebooked him.
Miller was shot inside her apartment on the 200 block of S. Glenwood on June 7. Her family called 911 saying they had not heard from her. First responders performed a welfare check and found her dead.
Her vehicle was also missing, according to police.
Flores's bond is set at $750,000.
