A woman has been arrested for allegedly stabbing a man and his dog in Northeast El Paso

EL PASO, Texas--- Police have arrested a woman in connection with a stabbing of a man and a dog in Northeast El Paso. The incident happened on Wednesday April 19th, before 2 am.

Police claim 29-year-old Jazzmine Robinson broke into a home at the 5000 block of Pikes Peak. 

According to Police, they found Robinson outside the home holding a knife. Police then told her to drop the weapon which she complied.

The man who was stabbed was taken to a hospital with minor injuries.  The dog suffered injuries to its shoulder and back. The injury to the dog was assigned to the Animal Cruelty Unit

Robinson is currently booked in the El Paso county detention facility with a $75,000 bond.
