HSI El Paso arrest Fort Bliss soldier for sexual abuse of a minor
EL PASO, Texas -- Homeland Security Investigations in El Paso arrested a U.S. army soldier stationed at Fort Bliss for sexual abuse of a minor.
According to officials, the arrest was made in collaboration with Fort Bliss' Criminal Investigation Division and the Texas Department of Public Safety.
