Texas ordered to remove a series of buoys along US-Mexico border

Texas (KVIA) -- A lower court's ruling ordering the state of Texas to remove a series of buoys along the U.S. - Mexico border was upheld by a federal appeals court in a 2-1 decision Friday, according to The Hill.
