‘Suspicious death’: Body found along northeast side of El Paso’s Transmountain Road
Police were investigating what they called a “suspicious death” following the discovery of a body Monday afternoon on the northeast side of the summit along Transmountain Road in El Paso.
The body was found on federal property around 1:30 p.m., authorities said.
El Paso police were taking the lead on the investigation which also involved Fort Bliss military police and the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
No further details were immediately released by authorities.
