One person arrested after shots fired in Northeast El Paso
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- Shots were fired in Northeast El Paso Monday night just after 8 p.m. after reports of a vehicle stolen, says El Paso Police.
No person or vehicles were hit.
Officers detained one person.
It happened on the 9200 block of Dyer Street.
