Fabens ISD delays start 2 hours because of fire

Update: Fire Marshall and Chief of El Paso County Emergency Services District #2, Roger Esparza, told ABC-7 that the fire started inside of the old Fabens High School campus, known as the Annex. He said that to completely put out the fire, crews have to knock down walls to get to the original start of the fire. The fire is contained, and no injuries have been reported.

Fabens Independent School District will be operating normally going forward, according to a district spokesperson.
