HYDERABAD, India (AP) — Officials say 13 people were killed and 25 injured when a passenger train crashed into a stationary train in southern India. The crash Sunday in Andhra Pradesh state caused a derailment of at least three rail cars. A railway officer said the preliminary investigation found human error was the cause. Train crashes are common in India and are often blamed on human error or outdated signaling equipment. A collision between two passenger trains in eastern India in June killed more than 280 people in one of the country’s deadliest rail crashes.
