Former President of Mexico Vicente Fox in El Paso for U.S. Mexico Border Summit
EL PASO, Texas – Former President of Mexico is attending the U.S. Mexico border summit at the Paso Del Norte Hotel.
The event also includes a first-time visit from former Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper.
