State Rep Cesar Blanco to run for State Senator seat

State Representative for District 76 Cesar Blanco will be running for the State Senator seat in Austin being vacated by Jose Rodriguez. Rodriguez announced last week he was not running for re-election.

Blanco was interviewed by ABC-7’s Stephanie Valle.
