EL PASO, Texas - The El Paso County Sheriff's Office said Saturday it had arrested a man who allegedly made death threats against a judge and the suspected shooter in the Walmart massacre.
According to deputies, 38-year-old Jose Humberto Martinez called the courthouse and threatened to kill the presiding district court judge if mass shooting suspect Patrick Crusius is not sentenced to the death penalty.
Authorities said Martinez also allegedly threatened to kill Crusius.
