Shattered Dreams: Crash demonstration held at Irvin High School
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- BorderRAC held a Shattered Dreams demonstration at Irvin High School in Northeast El Paso today.
The demonstration allowed students to witness the impacts of drunk driving.
Organizers used actors (including some Irvin High students) and first responders to simulate a crash. Students sat outside to witness the aftermath of the collision.
The event will continue tomorrow at the school.
