Man’s body found at Sunland Park landfill by employee
SUNLAND PARK, New Mexico -- Authorities were investigating the discovery of a man's body Tuesday at a Sunland Park landfill.
Officials indicated the body was found by a landfill employee shortly after 9 a.m. at the Camino Real Environmental Center, which is located at 1000 Camino Real Boulevard.
The victim was in his 30s or 40s, police told ABC-7, and investigators believe he had died a day or two ago.
A cause of death had not been determined, but police indicated there were no visible signs of injury.
The New Mexico Office of the Medical Investigator was looking into the death.
Illegal alien? Most likely.
