Northeast man arrested for stabbing after argument over food stamp purchase escalated

EL PASO, Texas – The U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force arrested 37-year-old Shawn Jose Osuna for stabbing an 18-year-old in March.

Police say Osuna stabbed the teen after the teen had spent more than allowed using the offender's food stamp card.

Osuna was charged with aggravated assault. His bond was set at $900,000.
