Person hit by car in west El Paso; Cabaret Drive closed to traffic

EL PASO, Texas -- A pedestrian was hit by a car on the 400 block of Cabaret Drive in west El Paso, according to El Paso Police.

Cabaret Drive is closed. Drivers are asked to use an alternate route.

According to police dispatch, the call came out around 1:45 p.m. Wednesday. One person was transported to University Medical Center.
