‘Indiana Jones 5’: Harrison Ford reveals new trailer at D23
ANAHEIM, CA -- Disney revealed plenty of news at the D23 Expo, which ran September 9-11 at the Disneyland-adjacent Anaheim Convention Center.
Harrison Ford appeared at the D23 Expo on Saturday to introduce the first trailer for Indiana Jones 5 and confirmed that the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull follow-up will be his last time wearing the character's weathered fedora and leather jacket.
Ford will take on the role of Dr. Jones once again, 40 years after he first starred in 1981's Raiders of the Lost Ark. The footage showed some great action sequences such as Ford riding a horse through New York City.
Other stars include Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Mads Mikkelsen. The film will be the fifth in the franchise, and will hit theaters June 30th of 2023.
