Two people charged with aggravated robbery at San Elizario home

SAN ELIZARIO, Texas -- Two people forced their way into a home in San Elizario, threatened the residents with a knife, and stole property, according to the El Paso County Sheriff's Office.

Officials say 17-year-old Carlina Cervantes and 20-year-old Angel Flores forced their way into a home on the 12,000 block of Acevedo on Monday.

Officials say they made off with a cell phone and Chevy Silverado pickup truck.

Flores was arrested for two counts of aggravated robbery and one count of burglary of habitation. His bond is set at $90,000. Cervantes was arrested for theft of property. Her bond is set at $2,000. Both were booked into the El Paso County Jail.
