Suspicious item was large dog wrapped in plastic, El Paso police say
EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- El Paso Police investigators say the large suspicious item left at 10080 Dyer this weekend was a large dog wrapped in plastic.
"The Animal Cruelty Unit is following up on the incident, but there are no updates to that investigation," a spokesperson told ABC-7.
The Crimes Against Persons Unit is also investigating.
