El Paso’s new Panera Bread restaurant temporarily closes due to supply

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- Just four days after the Panera Bread chain restaurant opened up the West Towne Marketplace in Northwest El Paso, the store has already had to temporarily close its doors.

The restaurant posted a sign on its front door that said in part,

"Due to the incredible turnout, we have no choice but to close until we can get more product to serve you! We assure that once we are stocked back up, we will not let this happen again! We love you, Your first (but certainly not last) Panera in El Paso."

Panera had just opened its doors on Thursday, December 7th, marking the first location in El Paso.
