New director at the Santa Teresa Port of Entry

SANTA TERESA, New Mexico (KVIA) - Michael Quinonez took the helm at the Santa Teresa Port of Entry this morning during a change of command ceremony.

Quinonez takes over as port director from El Paso Director of Field Operations Hector Mancha.

During the change of command ceremony Mancha presented and pinned the official badge on Quinonez.
