Freezing Fog Advisory for eastern El Paso, southern Otero, and Hudspeth Counties until 9AM tomorrow morning. The advisory area includes the Northern Hudspeth Highlands, Hueco Mountains and South Hudspeth Highlands.

In the advisory area visibility will be a quarter mile or less in freezing fog.
