El Paso Congresswoman introduces new migration legislation
WASHINGTON, D.C. (KVIA) -- El Paso's congresswoman, Veronica Escobar, held a news conference on the steps of the Capitol Tuesday morning. Escobar addressed the ongoing migrant crisis and the introduction of the Dignity Act of 2023.
"Decades of poorly addressing our immigration system, actively shrinking legal pathways, and failing to get beyond paralyzing gridlock have created a humanitarian crisis," Escobar stated in a tweet.
