Person in interest identified in Brooklyn shooting

NEW YORK -- New York Police have identified a person of interest in connection to the shooting on the N train Brooklyn Tuesday morning.

The man has been identified as Frank James.

Anyone with information is asked to call NYPD at 1-800-577-TIPS.
