80-year-old woman struck by car, seriously hurt in Lower Valley
EL PASO, Texas -- An 80-year-old woman was seriously injured after being struck by a car in the Lower Valley Tuesday afternoon.
It happened at the intersection of Independence Drive and Padres Drive around noon.
First-responders said the victim was rushed by ambulance to a local hospital in serious condition.
