All lanes on I-10 West at Vinton closed after crash

VILLAGE OF VINTON, Texas (KVIA) -- The El Paso Police Department reported a crash at I-10 West at Vinton. All lanes are closed. It happened just before 10:30 p.m. Tuesday night, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.

A clearing time has not been set. This is a developing story.
