EL PASO, Texas – The National Weather Service of El Paso holds a Facebook live event ahead of wintry weather in the Borderland.
NWS El Paso has issued a Winter Storm Warning for Eastern Otero, Hudspeth and eastern El Paso counties.
A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for western El Paso, western Otero, southern Hudspeth, eastern Sierra, and Dona Ana counties.
