ABC-7 First Alert Continues: Some storms tonight with triple-digit heat continuing
El Paso hit another record high today - 109 - surpassing the old record of 106. This is day number 53 of triple-digit temperatures of the year so far - the record is 62 in 1994. We are in 4th place on the all-time triple-digit day list.
Some storms will likely be tonight, up until the early morning hours. Expect some gusty winds to accompany some of these storms.
