Warm and stormy: Thunderstorms to continue in the Borderland

EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- An upper high over Oklahoma and Missouri will keep a southerly flow bringing Monsoon moisture to the Borderland.

Expect afternoon and evening thunderstorms, with the highest chances west of the Rio Grande Valley.

Temperatures will remain quite warm.

By Monday and Tuesday, the high will move east, covering the Gulf States and bringing a steady south/southeast flow to our area.
