ABC-7 First Alert – Winds crank Thursday; colder air behind arrives behind a cold front

The winds will begin to pick up late Wednesday as a cold front pushed in from the NE. Winds will gust to 40 mph making it feel colder. Wind chills overnight Thursday will make it feel like the mid and upper 30's.

Thursday's highs will be in the mid 60's after reaching a high in the low 80's Wednesday.

More gusty winds expected over the weekend.
