Nice Afternoon, but Changes Are On The Way

El Paso, Texas----- Cold start to the morning, with temps in the 30s. We will gradually warm up to the upper 50s for most of the borderland. Definitely going to be nice and warm afternoon. Monday we will see clouds start to move in and cooler temperatures along with it. A 40% chance of rain is expected for Tuesday.
