ABC-First Alert: Winds crank Tuesday

Expect strong winds to develop Tuesday as the day progresses along with blowing dust and sand. Wind gusts are likely to hit 60 mph in spots - especially on the NE/E side of El Paso.

Winds will slowly come down later Wednesday but gusts still hit around 40 mph as cooler air arrives behind a cold front. The rest of the week looks good in the wind department - winds weaken.
