Good morning! An ABC-7 First Alert is in effect for strong winds across the Borderland. A Wind Advisory goes into effect at 10 AM and will end at 6 PM. Winds will peak between 40 to 45+ mph followed by colder temperatures. Afternoon highs will reach the 60s today but drop to the 30s tonight.
