READ: Amendment to subpoena the Defense Department for documents

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer has unveiled a series of amendments on Tuesday to the organizing resolution setting the rules for President Donald Trump’s impeachment trial.

His fifth proposed amendments subpoenas the Department of Defense for documents.
