StormTrack Weather: Monsoon moisture returns, rain chances through the weekend

Happy Friday! It will be another hot day across the Borderland with afternoon monsoonal thunderstorms. With monsoon moisture in place across the Borderland, this will increase rain chances today through the weekend.

There is an increased risk that some thunderstorms will produce locally heavy rain and some flooding. I think the best chance of flooding will be in areas north and west of El Paso.
