Poffenbarger’s 4 TDs lead Albany past Stony Brook, 59-14

ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) — Reece Poffenbarger threw for four of Albany’s five touchdown passes, three of them to Julian Hicks, as the Great Danes rolled to a 59-14 rout of Stony Brook. The leading passer in the Colonial Athletic Association coming into the game, Poffenbarger was 16 of 21 for 263 yards and has now thrown for 2,315 yards and 20 touchdowns in eight games and has surpassed 250 passing yards in seven straight contests.
