We spoke with UTEP Professor Dr. Richard Pineda about the long-term economic impacts of the ban.
"The digital economy is incredibly fluid.... It certainly isn't going to end content creation."
Dr. Pineda also said the biggest problem for the U.S. government is how the data may be being used.
