EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) -- Ray, a 6 ½-year-old Cocker Spaniel, is blind but full of love. While still a little shy, he’s learning his surroundings and would make a great companion. Animals with special needs often prove to be resilient, loving, and quick to adjust.
