Home Prices Up In Las Cruces
LAS CRUCES, N.M. (AP) – The average price for homes sold in Las Cruces in the first half of the year was $221,775 dollars. That’s up from the average price of $206,508 dollars in the first six months of 2006.
Some 1027 homes sold in Las Cruces in the first six months of 2007, down from the 1203 that sold in the first six months of 2006.
Real estate agent Howard Dukes says that there are more than a thousand homes on the market now, compared to 300 some two years ago.
