EL PASO — The man accused in the serial killings of women in Juarez has been released, according to ABC 7’s news partners at Canal 44.
Edgar Alvarez Cruz was accused in ten murders.
Alvarez Cruz’s family had maintained his innocence.
ABC7 is trying to confirm with Juarez prosecutorsas to whyhe was let go.
