Florida Fugitive Extradited To Florida
EL PASO, Texas – El Paso police said fugitive Toby Lawry, 22, was extradited to Florida last Thursday.
His girlfriend Morgan Leppert, 15, is still in El Paso awaiting extradition. The two are accused of beating, stabbing, and suffocating a 66 year old Florida man.
They were picked up a little more than a week ago after a driver, who recognized Leppert from an amber alert, spotted the couple pan-handling along I-10.
